Terms and Conditions for Using the para77 Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the para77 website accessible via para77.one together with all related sub-pages and applications.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at para77.
• "Account" refers to the user record used to access para77 services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Member's account for wagering or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or additional funds granted by para77 to Members subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before a bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Member Eligibility

para77 only accepts registration applications from individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the date of registration.
• Residing in an area or jurisdiction that does not prohibit participation in online gambling activities.
• Possessing the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or are not subject to bankruptcy proceedings under the laws of any jurisdiction.
• Not included in the self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any regulatory body.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at para77. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Members are required to provide true, accurate and current information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. This information includes full name, identity card number (MyKad or passport), date of birth, email address and a valid mobile phone number. para77 reserves the right to verify any information provided.

3.3 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. para77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

para77 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC and ETH).

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are usually credited to a Member's account immediately after payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved by the para77 finance team, subject to compliance with account verification requirements.

4.4 Account Verification for Withdrawals

Before the first withdrawal request is processed, Members may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of their MyKad and proof of payment method. This is standard procedure to ensure account security and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

para77 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn.

As a practical example: if a Member deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering amount to be completed is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000. Another example: a deposit of RM1,200 gives a bonus of RM888 (maximum limit), a balance of RM2,088, and a wagering amount of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each Member is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise.
• para77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Expiry dates may apply to each bonus offer. Specific details will be stated in the terms of each respective promotion.

5.3 VIP Programme

para77 operates a tiered VIP programme that provides weekly cashback to active Members. There are five (5) VIP membership levels:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP level advancement depends on a Member's activity and loyalty over a given period. para77 reserves the right to review a Member's VIP status based on recent account activity.

6. Game Rules

All games available at para77 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker and other games — are subject to their respective specific rules. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all online games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently reviewed to ensure fairness. For live casino games, results are determined by a real dealer under the supervision of the game operator.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error, system disruption, or software bug affects the normal running of a game, para77 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and restore the account balance to its state before the error occurred. Results obtained from technical errors will not be recognised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the para77 platform:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematically low-risk betting that goes against the intent of the promotion.
• Using a para77 account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform in any way.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties for joint use.

8. Data Protection

Para77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Member. The collection, processing, and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the para77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By using the para77 platform, Members agree that their personal data may be used for identity verification, financial transaction processing, account management, service communications, and compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Para77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Disruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond the reasonable control of para77.
• Financial decisions made by a Member based on inaccurate or outdated information.
• Losses arising from use of the platform in breach of these terms.

Para77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the para77 support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe.

10.2 Termination by para77

Para77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of this Agreement, fraud, or activity that is harmful to the security of the platform or other Members. In such cases, para77 also reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is carried out.

11. Responsible Gambling

Para77 takes our social responsibility in promoting responsible gambling seriously. This platform is for entertainment purposes only and should not be seen as a primary source of income.

12. Amendment of Terms

Para77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the para77 website.

It is the Member's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the platform and close their account.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
